After spending his formative years in Chicago and San Francisco, Rip earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College and went on to build a strong career in real estate. Before joining The Iconic Home Team, he spent ten years with Sotheby’s Real Estate Group in Scottsdale, gaining valuable experience and refining the client-focused approach he brings to every transaction.

As a member of The Iconic Home Team, Rip is able to focus on the service and sales side of real estate, which is what he enjoys most. He finds great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their real estate goals and especially loves seeing their excitement when an offer is accepted. Known for valuing strong communication and lasting relationships, Rip appreciates the culture, support, and collaborative environment of the team.

Outside of real estate, Rip enjoys hiking, fly fishing, skiing, golfing, and pursuing personal growth through self-improvement.
