I began my real estate journey in 2003 as an investor, and within my first full year as an agent, I became the top-producing agent in my office. When the housing market shifted in 2008, I embraced the challenge, expanding my expertise in REOs, short sales, and investor strategies. By 2011, I was working trustee sales and flipping homes at scale—completing more than 40 flips in a single year—while continuing to grow my traditional real estate business through innovative digital marketing, blogging, and video.

In 2014, I launched the Jen Marie Home Team with a vision that still drives everything we do today: helping clients create extraordinary lives, not just buy or sell homes. For me, real estate has always been about more than transactions. It’s about helping people build a lifestyle filled with joy, connection, opportunity, and purpose.

Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive national recognition for both leadership and results, including Team of the Year from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, a decade-long placement on Real Trends’ Best Agents list, the Women of Strength Award, and recognition as Arizona’s top female RE/MAX agent before leading my team to eXp Realty. Today, the Jen Marie Home Team is the #1 eXp team in Arizona and ranked #2 in the nation.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of four, real estate coach, author, foodie, biohacker, podcast enthusiast, avid reader, skydiver, and lifelong learner. I’m driven by curiosity, fueled by growth, and passionate about helping others create lives they truly love.
