An Arizona resident since 1980 and a graduate of Arizona State University, he brings deep roots and firsthand knowledge of the Valley’s growth and development. Beginning in 1983, he owned and operated a subcontracting company in both residential and commercial construction, giving him a strong foundation in the building and land development process.

After earning his real estate license in 2003, he specialized in land and lot splits, developing a strong understanding of zoning, terrain, and the steps required to maximize the value of Arizona acreage. His background also includes working in the soil and seed industry alongside farmers across the state, further strengthening his knowledge of land use and investment.

Now focused on both land and residential real estate, he offers a unique “dirt-to-door” perspective, helping clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases to strategic investment opportunities. Known for his practical insight and local expertise, he is well-equipped to guide clients with confidence and clarity.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the active Arizona lifestyle. He and his wife, Marcia, have been married since 1991 and are proud parents and grandparents. When not working with clients, he can often be found on the tennis court, out for a walk, or enjoying the outdoors.
